You can expect a warm, inviting room and a gentle, knowledgeable advocate when taking a class guided by Jessica Atwell.   She has a gift for creating an aesthetically calming environment that is inherently non-judgmental, rooted in mutual respect and allows but does not force vulnerability. 

 

I have had the privilege of taking several of her classes and can say without hesitation that I have never felt as secured, supported and accepted as when welcomed into the space that she so carefully cultivates.
