Yoga is a safe place to explore, learn, and express.

I found this to be especially true when navigating the waters of being a new mother, when my yoga practice provided a place to just be silent and still.

This experience developed a passion in me to use yoga to guide and support new mothers through both prenatal and postpartum classes. I also love working one on one with those who are "new" to the practice of yoga and mindfulness.

In my classes, sessions, and workshops, I strive to create a safe space for everyone, regardless of origin or life-path, that promotes a sense of ease, calm, and joy. All are welcome, and the practice of yoga is truly for every body, mind, and heart.

I would welcome an opportunity to guide you in the practice. Please reach out to me using my contact form if you have any questions or specific requests.

I have training and extensive experience in teaching the following yoga:

Vinyasa

Prenatal

Postpartum

Mommy & Me (Birth to 2 Years)

Gentle

Slow flow

Restorative

Meditation
